Published by the Arkansas Municipal League in the interest of improving municipal government in Arkansas, City & Town is produced on a quarterly basis in both print and digital formats. City & Town is distributed to municipal officials and personnel in every city and town in Arkansas, state and county officials, local newspapers, chambers of commerce and more. The official publication of the Arkansas Municipal League, City & Town has been published continuously since 1977 under this title, and since 1947 as Arkansas Municipalities.

City & Town offers half- and full-page advertising opportunities in its quarterly and digital print issues. All advertising is subject to review and acceptance of advertising does not constitute an endorsement by the Arkansas Municipal League. The League reserves the right to refuse advertising from businesses whose products and services are questionable or contrary to the League’s purpose or policies.

Editorial Information
City & Town is published to inform and educate municipal officials and personnel about new programs, services and trends in local government to help them better serve their citizens and communities. We are interested in articles written by or for city officials. If you have a story idea, please contact the editor to discuss. City & Town does not accept unsolicited content.
The Arkansas Municipal League maintains a clear distinction between its editorial and advertising content. Editorial content includes, but is not limited to, City & Town magazine articles, website posts, podcasts, social media and other digital communications.
The League does not feature specific companies, products or services. Any magazine content written by an advertiser is not compensated, and advertisers do not receive free ad space.
Reprint Policy
The Arkansas Municipal League considers reprints of its original City & Town articles on a case-by-case basis. Please submit a request to Andrew Morgan, editor, at [email protected], that includes the article and the issue in which it appears, as well as the name of the publication in which you wish to reprint it.
