Arkansas law requires that municipal treasurers and those charged with handling district court accounting duties submit a report disclosing the balance of the automation fund to specific entities by September 1 of each year. See A.C.A. § 16-13-704(d). The Court Automation Funds Annual Balance Reporting form must be provided to:
- The Administrative Office of the Courts
- The Department of Finance and Administration
- Each county judge in the judicial district
- Each mayor of any city that contributes to the operational expenses of the department of the district court
- Each district court judge of the judicial district
