Town Attorney/Prosecutor

The town of Menifee is accepting applications for the position of town attorney/prosecutor. The town attorney will serve as the chief legal advisor to the mayor, town council, and all town officials, officers and departments. This position is a contract position and includes providing legal advice, reviewing ordinances and resolutions, and representing the town in legal matters as required. Minimum qualifications: graduation from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree; minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law; must be an active member in good standing with the Arkansas State Bar.
